CILCIA Builders, founded in 2004, had a vision to build hurricane-resistant, attractive and affordable homes in the USVI's, with concentration on St. Thomas. CILCIA discovered Deltec Homes and after thorough research, we were completely convinced that their product was a perfect fit for the USVI's (to find out why, see our Why Deltec page). Once this product was chose, we began to concentrate on what we feel is the most important aspect of home building, which is also CILCIA's mission and expertise: Making our clients home building experience in the Islands a pleasurable one in a well organized and timely fashion.

Building in the USVI's can be a very challenging experience, and CILCIA Builders are here to help you, the Owner/Contractor. We've taken into consideration all aspects of homebuilding in the islands, and commenced to surround ourselves with the best the islands have to offer. CILCIA's "team" is a group of "players" that are well established, high quality, responsible and dependable contractors, vendors and specialists. CILCIA's intention is to offer our perspective clients complete start-to-finish, as well as all points in between, home building consultation, project management and owner representation. We specialize in, but not limited to, pre-construction consultation, floor plan design, building cost analysis, permit acquisition and contractor coordination.
